摘　　要：报告1例女性外阴侵袭性血管黏液瘤病例并复习相关文献,总结分析该病的临床表现、病理学、影像学特点、治疗方案及预后等。侵袭性血管黏液瘤是一种罕见的,呈浸润性生长的软组织间质肿瘤,影像学检查对术前诊断及预判手术范围,减少出血有辅助作用。治疗以手术为主,术后需长期随访。A case of vulva aggressive angiomyxoma was reported and relative references were reviewed. The clinical menifestation, pathology,imaging characteristics, treatment and prognosis of the disease were analyzed. Aggressive an- giomyxoma is a rare soft tissue mesenchymal tumour with aggressive growth pattern. Imaging examinations are very useful for preoperative diagnosis ,predicting the extent of surgery and reducing bleeding. Surgery is the major treatment and long - term follow - up is needed.
