摘　　要：目的:研究血管抑素的制备及其核素标记的有效方法。方法:采用一步法从人血浆中提取出血管抑素并选择Iodogen碘化法用131I进行放射性核素的标记。结果:获得纯度相对较高的血管抑素,核素标记率达到89%,比活度为3.9MBq/ml。结论:采用一步法所制备出的血管抑素纯度高,实验操作简便,回收率好,稳定性高。Iodoge碘化法可作为放射性核素131I标记血管抑素的有效方法之一。Objective：To find out an effective method for angiostatin oreparation and radionuclide labeling. Meth- ods：To take the one -step method to extract angiostatin from human plasma and label radioactive species with 131I Io- dogen method. Results：To get angiostatin relatively high in purity, radionuclide labeling rate was 89% , specific activi- ty was 3.9MBq/ml. Condusion：Angiostatin exacted through one - step method is high in purity, easy to operate, high in coefficient of recovery and stability. Iodogen method can be used as ideal method to label agiostatin with 131I radio- active species.
