摘　　要：非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者生活质量低、生存期短、预后差,因此对脑转移的积极预防和早期诊断尤为重要。本文就非小细胞肺癌脑转移相关分子研究现状进行综述。Non- small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） patients with brain metastasis have a low quality of life, shorter survival and poor prognosis, so it is very important to prevent and diagnose brain metastasis in early stage. This paper review the related molecules of non - small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis.
