摘　　要：目的研究三磷酸腺苷结合转运蛋白G2(ABCG2)和核因子κB(NF-κB)在结直肠癌组织中表达及其临床意义。方法运用免疫组织化学法检测21例结直肠癌组织(A组)及癌旁正常组织(B组)ABCG2和NF-κB蛋白的表达,分析ABCG2与NF-κB表达的相关性及其与临床病理学特征的关系。结果 A组ABCG2阳性表达率为66.7%,与淋巴结转移、临床分期和Dukes分期密切相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、病变部位、分化程度、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、脉管神经浸润、远处转移之间无相关性。与B组比较,A组NF-κB高表达,但与临床病理指标之间无明显相关性。A组ABCG2与NF-κB的表达呈正相关(r=0.686,P<0.01)。结论 ABCG2和NF-κB在结直肠癌组织中高表达;ABCG2高表达与临床病理因素密切相关。. Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of adenosine triphosphate binding transport protein G2 （ABCG2） and nuclear factor （NF）-κB in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the protein expressions of ABCG2 and NF-κB in 21 colorectal carcinoma specimens （froup A） and the tumor-adjacent normal tissues （group B）. Correlation between ABCG2 and NF-κB and their relationship with clinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results The positive rate of ABCG2 protein expression in group A was 67. 7%, which was closely related to lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and Dukes stage（P〈0. 05）, but not correlated with gender, age, tumor location, tumor differentiation degree and size, depth of invasion,vascular and nerve invasion and distant metastasis. The NF-κB expression was significantly increased in group A. The NF-κB expression was higher in group A than that in group B （P〈0. 05）, but was not correlated with patientrs clinicopathological parameters. The expression of ABCG2 in group A was significantly correlated to that of NF-κB （r=0. 686, P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion High expressions of ABCG2 and NF-κB exist in colorectal carcinoma. The At3CX32 overexpression is closely related with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and Dukes stage of colorectal carcinoma.
