摘  要:目的 :探讨苯白血病患者 GSTμ 基因缺失频度 ,为进一步研究 GSTμ 基因缺失与苯白血病之间的关系寻找线索。方法 :采用聚合酶链反应 (Polymerase Chain Reaction,PCR)技术检测 GSTμ 基因型。结果 :苯白血病组 GSTμ 基因缺失率为 73.5 3% ,明显高于白血病组 (44 .44% )和对照组 (46 .88% ) (P<0 .0 1 )。苯白血病组的相对危险度为 3.1 5 ,说明在同样接触苯的情况下 ,GSTμ 基因缺失者患苯白血病的危险性是 GSTμ 基因携带者的 3.1 5倍。结论 :GSTμ 基因缺失可能是苯白血病的危险性因素之一。Objective To explore the rates of GST μgene deletion in leukemia patients exposed to benzene.Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method was used to investigate the rates of GST μgene deletion in 34 cases with leukemia exposed to benzene,27 leukemia patients and 96 healthy controls.Results The rate of GST μgene deletion in leukemia patients exposed to bezene was 73.53%,which was significantly higher than of the controls(44.44%),P<0.01.The absence of the GSTM1 genotype conferred an odds ratio(OR)of 3.15,and the 95% confidence interval(CI)was 0.56 to 17.62.It shows,under the same exposure to benzene circumstance,that the risk of suffering from leukemia exposed to benzene in GST μgene deletin increased by 315%.Leukemia exposed to benzene correlates with GST μgene deletion and GST μgene deletion may act as one of leukemia exposed to benzene.Conclusion GST μ gene deletion may be an important host hereditary marker for susceptibility to leukemia exposed to benzene.
