血小板相关参数D-二聚体和超敏C-反应蛋白与脑梗死的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的通过测定血小板相关参数即血小板计数(PLT)、血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、D-二聚体(D-D)和超敏-C反应蛋白(HsCRP)的水平探讨其与脑梗死的相关性。方法测定64例脑梗死患者和62例健康体检者PLT、MPV、PDW、D-D和Hs-CRP的水平。结果脑梗死患者血浆MPV、PDW、D-D、Hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),PLT明显降低(P<0.01),差异有显著性且MPV、PDW、DD、Hs-CRP的浓度变化随脑梗死面积增加而增加,PLT则降低。结论 PLT、MPV、PDW、D-D和Hs-CRP的水平变化与脑梗死发生发展密切相关,动态监测PLT、MPV、PDW、D-D和Hs-CRP的水平变化在脑梗死患者的诊疗过程中有着重要的临床意义。Objective Determination of platelet parameters by the platelet count （PLT）, platelet volume （MPV）,platelet distribution width （PDW）, D-dimer （D-D） and hypersensitive c-reactive protein （Hs CRP levels to explore its correlation with cerebral infarction. Methods Determination of 64 cases of patients with cerebral infarction and 62 healthy check-up PLT,MPV,PDW,D-D and Hs CRP levels. Results Cerebral infarction patients plasma MPV,PDW,D-D,Hs CRP levels are signiifcantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）, PLT decreased obviously （P〈0.01）, there are signiifcant difference and MPV, PDW, DD, Hs-the concentration of CRP changes increase with the increase of cerebral infarction area,PLT is lower. Conclusion PLT,MPV,PDW,D-D and Hs-change of CRP level is closely related to the development of cerebral infarction,dynamic monitoring of the PLT,MPV,PDW and Hs-,D-D CRP levels in the process of change in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebral infarction has important clinical signiifcance.
