加强对高校报废仪器设备再生利用的探讨

摘　　要：报废仪器设备再生利用是高等院校发展到一定阶段必然要面对和解决的问题。通过分析高校仪器设备报废的特点，从提高报废仪器设备的经济效益和社会效益、最大限度地为教学科研和社会服务的角度，提出了如何合理开发、利用和和处置报废仪器设备的具体措施。经过学校有关部门多年的实践，证明了措施的有效性，收到了良好的效果，供高校资产管理工作者借鉴和探讨。The reuse of scrapped instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is a problem to be faced with and resolved in the development of the colleges an.d university. By analyzing the characteristics of scrapped instruments and equipment, some detailed measures concerning the reasonable development, reuse and management of scrapped instruments and equipment were proposed in order to raise economic and social benefit of the scrapped instruments and equipment, and maximally serve for the teaching, scientific research and society. The practice in Ningxia University have achieved good result and proved the effectiveness of the measures. This paper may provide reference for the reuse of scrapped instruments and equipment in other colleges and universities.
