浅谈石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术在云冈热电的应用与管理

摘　　要：石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术能够有效地减少对环境的污染。主要介绍了山西大唐国际云冈热电有限责任公司(以下简称云冈热电)2台220 MW供热机组烟气脱硫工程的工艺及其运行情况,分析了此工艺的环境效益和社会经济效益,着重阐述了石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫技术在云冈热电的实际应用,探讨了烟气脱硫从安装过程管理、验收管理、检修管理、运行管理等各个方面的管理,为进一步优化脱硫系统的运行方式、石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫在电厂的推广作了鲜明的示范作用。The limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology can effectively reduce the pollution to the environment.Mainly introduced the Shanxi Datang international Yungang thermal power co.,LTD.（hereinafter referred to as the Yungang thermal power） 2 units of 220 MW heating unit the process and operation of flue gas desulfurization project,analyzes the social economic and environmental benefits of this process,emphatically elaborated the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology in the practical application of Yungang thermal power,flue gas desulfurization are discussed from the installation process management and acceptance management,maintenance management,operation management and so on various aspects of management,in order to further optimize the desulfurization system of operation mode,limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization in power plant made a vivid demonstration role.
