摘　　要：哈国有关油气资源领域哈萨克斯坦含量规则的法律规定,在商品、服务采购以及雇佣员工过程中,不仅将完成哈萨克斯坦含量作为法定义务,且规定其为必备合同条款。在双重规制下,使哈萨克斯坦含量规则得以完全适用并且比例逐年提高,此举促进了哈国经济贸易的发展但也为中国的投资者设置了障碍,中国投资者应审慎应对哈萨克斯坦含量带来的消极影响。In the process of purchasing goods, services and hiring employees, the law of Kazakhstan content in the area of the resources of oil and gas provides that the completion of Kazakhstan content is a legal duty and it＇s an essential terms of the contract.Under the dual regulations, not only the Kazakhstan content has been fully applied but also increased year by year. The Kazakhstan content has improved the development of economy and trade, but also set up trade barriers for Chinese investors. Therefore, it＇s essential to come up with some response measures for Chinese investors.
