摘  要:本文设计合成了一种新型的热塑性纳微米颗粒,它是由苯乙烯(St)、丙烯腈(AN)、聚乙氧基甲基丙烯酰氧乙基异氰酸酯(PEGMOI)三元乳液共聚而成,并讨论了热塑性纳微米颗粒的结构组成、制备控制因素、以及激光热敏成像性能。热塑性纳微米颗粒合成工艺简单,激光热塑性好,可用于制造免化学处理热敏版,版材具有亲墨性好,耐印力高和绿色环保的特点。A new kind of Nano-/Micro-thermoplastic particles was designed and synthesized, It was emulsion polymerized by Styrene (St),Acrylonitrile (AN)and Polyethyleneglyco-Methacryloyloxyethyl isocyanate (PEG- MOI), The structure and component of the particles, influencing factors in preparation and imaging performance to laser were studied.The synthesis process of the thermoplastic particles was simple, the laser thermoplastic performance of the particles was excellent which could be used for the production of chemistry-free thermal CTP plate, the plate has advantages of excellent affinity with ink, long run length and environment-friendly.
