强化肠内营养对肝硬化大鼠肝功能的影响

摘  要:目的探讨部分营养成分强化肠内营养对肝硬化大鼠肝功能的影响。方法用硫代乙酰胺制作肝硬化大鼠模型,随机分为正常饮食的对照组,和应用支链氨基酸、谷氨酰胺、胆酸强化肠内营养的试验组,检测肝功能主要指标和血浆内毒素水平对比分析。结果试验组较对照组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、血浆内毒素水平均显著下降(P<0.05),前白蛋白显著升高(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论含支链氨基酸、谷氨酰胺、胆酸的肠内营养强化方案有利于肝硬化大鼠的肝功能改善。Objective To evaluate the effects of nutrition-enriched in enteral nutrition on the liver function in cirrhotic rats. Methods The cirrhotic rats were randomly divided into two groupw( group A, control group;group B, test group). The cirrhotic rats in group B were nutrition-enriched with branched-chain amino acids, glutamine and cholic acid. After one week,liver function and portal vein endotoxin were detected. Results The levels of serum AST,ALT and TBIL were significantly declined in group B than in group A(P 〈0. 05) ,and levels of prealbumin was higher in group B ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of serum albumin and ALP has no significantly difference in two groups( P 〉 0. 05 ). Lower level of plasma portal vein endotoxin in group B than in group A( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Nutrition-enriched with branched-chain amino acids, glutamine and holic acid in enteral nutrition can speed up liver function recovery in cirrhotic rats.
