浅谈体育职业学院教师职业道德修养的特殊要求

摘　　要：职业学院的"运动员大学生"与普通高校的学生相比,其在校期间存在诸多学习和管理上的问题,由此教师的工作具有了某些特殊性,这对教师在职业道德修养上也提出了更多的要求。它包括消除教师职业的倦怠、扩展教师的包容心、强化教师的职业韧性。通过教师自身的职业道德修养的不断锤炼,为国家培养出优秀的体育人才。Compared with the ordinary college students, athlete undergraduates of sports vocational college have many problems with the study and management. It makes teachers＇ work have some particularity and proposes more requires of teachers＇professional ethics, including eliminating teachers＇ professional burnout, expanding teachers＇ generous heart, and strengthening teachers＇ professional toughness. Through the temper of teachers＇ own professional ethics, they bring up many excellent sports talents for our country.
