摘　　要：高校实习生在实习期间受损,高校通常会和实习单位一起被置于被告席。为降低承担责任的风险,高校应与实习单位签订权责明确的实习协议,限定自己的管理范围;建立完善的实习制度,增强证据保全意识;投保意外伤害险及校方责任险,分化和转嫁学校可能承担的责任;用收取的实习费中的一部分,建立专项的救助基金,专门救助实习期间受损的实习生;依托高校的爱心社团,对实习生实习期间意外受损的,以募集的爱心捐款弥补损失。When interns are damaged during the internship,internship units and universities will usually be placed in the dock. To reduce the risk of assuming responsibility,the universities and internship units should sign explicit internship agreement,defining their management scope. Universities should establish perfect system of practice and strengthen the awareness of evidence preservation,insure accident insurance and school liability insurance,in order to differentiate and transfer the responsibility of the school. Universities should also charge some practice fee and set up special rescue fund as a special assistance for interns damaged during the internship,or raise donations relying on college love association to make up for the loss.
