自由贸易试验区与“平台经济”城市

摘　　要：在全球经济发展中能掌握主导权的国家往往拥有全球资源的配置能力,而这种资源配置能力主要集中在一些具有"平台经济"性质的"全球城市",这些城市对提升国家在全球经济发展中的地位起着至关重要的作用。本文依据"全球城市"和"平台经济"的相关理论,从上海的城市战略定位、上海与国际上"平台经济"城市的比较、上海自贸区对上海建设"平台经济"城市的促进作用等方面论述了上海自贸区设立的意义,提出上海应当以中国(上海)自由贸易试验区的设立为契机,努力推进"平台经济"和"全球城市"的建设。The countries playing a dominant role in global economic development usually grasp the ability of global resources allocation, and the resources allocation ability mainly concentrates on global cities featured by platform economy which play a vital role in enhancing their countries＇ positions in global economic development. According to theories related to global cities and platform economy, this paper states the significance of the establishment of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone in aspects such as Shanghai＇s positioning in its urban strategy, a comparison between Shanghai and in- ternational platform economic cities and the positive role of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone in the construction of Shanghai as a platform economic city. It suggests that Shanghai should take the es- tablishment of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone as an opportunity and make efforts to advance the construction of platform economy and global city.
