摘 要:服务业开放是中国(上海)自由贸易试验区推行的一项重要举措,我国近年来服务贸易发展较快,但是相比国际水平仍然较为落后。本文从服务贸易总量及其增长、服务行业内部项目发展和国际竞争力等方面对中国与国际服务贸易发展情况进行了比较研究。了解我国服务业的全球地位,对于上海自贸区服务开放政策的制定具有重要启示意义。我国应该充分利用上海自贸区建立的契机,积极探索适应世界贸易新规则的制度框架,大力促进服务贸易的健康快速发展。The opening-up of service sectors is a major measure implemented by China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. In recent years, there has been rapid development of services trade in China, but it is still relatively backward compared to international level. This paper compares the develop- ment of services trade in China with international services trade development from the perspectives of services trade volume and its growth, the internal program development in service sectors and interna- tional competitiveness. The understanding of the global position of China's services is of great en- lightenment to the policy-making of Shanghai FTZ services opening-up. China should make full use of the opportunity of the establishment of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, actively explore the institutional framework adaptable to world trade rules and vigorously promote the healthy and rapid development of services trade.
