摘　　要：企业文化必须植根于所处的社会文化环境,这是企业作为一个生命系统更好地融入社会生态体系的根本保障。所以,中国企业的质量文化必须植根于中华文化的土壤,同时借鉴吸收世界先进的质量管理文化。从这个角度看,我们引进世界先进质量管理模式,恰恰是在文化基因的思考和融合上存在欠缺,这可能是造成世界先进质量管理模式在中国整体上水土不服现象的深层原因。为此本项目的研究引进了中华文化的一些文明成果,从企业质量文化的核心价值观,到深层核心要素、再到运行模型,本文都试图以中国人习惯的思维方式和语言表达加以呈现,以便可以给更多中国企业提供指导和帮助。Enterprise culture depends on its social culture environment, which guarantees the enterprise to better integrate with social ecological system. Therefore, the quality Culture of Chinese enterprises must be rooted in Chinese culture, meantime, learn tk）m advanced quality culture from other countries. From this perspective, the introduction of the advanced quality management mode is exactly because the imperfection of consideration and integration of culture gene, which exactly may explain the Chinese iU-suited situation of the international advanced quality management mode. The paper introduces Chinese culture achievements, and tries to Igesent the core value of quality culture, core elements, and operation mode in Chinese thinking mode and the way of expression, so as to offer more guide and help to Chinese enterprises.
