摘　　要：欧美的拟征碳关税作为一种新型的贸易壁垒,必将会对我国出口贸易和经济发展产生重要影响。本文全面分析这些影响。认为必须发展绿色贸易和低碳贸易,加快企业"走出去"步伐,以跨越碳关税的贸易壁垒,促进我国出口贸易及可持续发展。Contemplation of levying carbon tariffs, as a new trade barrier in the US and Europe, will have an important impact on China＇s export trade and the development of our economy. Based on the results of all the relevant researches. This paper is intended to make a comprehensive analysis of the dual effect of carbon tariffs on China＇s export trade. On account of the results of empirical researches, to put forward our countermeasures and some useful suggestions to our country＇s export trade to cope with carbon tariffs, then by adjusting the industrial structure of our foreign trades, and help the structure adjusting and upgrading, vigorously to develop lowcarbon technologies and products , and to develop the green trade and low-carbon trade with other countries all over the world , to accelerate the enterprises＂ strategy of ＂going out＂ , to cross the new trade barriers of the carbon tariffs, then to promote China＇s export trade and sustainable development of our economy.
