摘 要:研究了颗粒状硅藻土的制备及其对重金属镉的吸附影响因素.通过更改实验条件优选得出了颗粒状硅藻土的制备条件并且确定了硅藻土对镉的最佳吸附条件,最终探讨了颗粒状硅藻土吸附镉的机理.结果表明:优选得出的颗粒状硅藻土焙烧的最佳温度为350℃,最佳焙烧时间为1h.优化得出的颗粒状硅藻土对镉的最佳吸附条件为:吸附时间40min,吸附初始质量浓度0.5mg/L,吸附温度为室温;pH值在4~7范围内都有很好的吸附效果.同时,颗粒状硅藻土对镉的吸附符合伪二阶动力学模型和Langmuir热力学方程.In the paper, the preparation of granular diatomite and the adsorption influencing factors to cadmium on granular diatomite were studied seriously. Through changing the experimental conditions, the optimization of preparation conditions and the best adsorption conditions was confirmed, the adsorption mechanism was discussed finally. The results showed that:the best calcination temperature was 350℃ and time was 1 h. Meanwhile,the best adsorption conditions were as follow: time was 40 min,temperature was room temperature and granular diatomite had good adsorption effect when pH value was 4-7. And the adsorption of cadmium on the diatomite obeys not only the pseudo-second- order model but also the Langmuir model. In addition,the process is endothermic reaction.
