驼乳对肾病模型大白鼠主要消化腺组织结构的影响

摘  要:实验选用血清肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白等生化指标经方差分析都无显著差异的50只大鼠,将其按每个实验组平均体重最相近原则分为正常对照组、病理模型组、尿毒清干预组、驼乳低剂量组、驼乳高剂量组等5组。正常对照组给予蒸馏水8ml/㎏灌胃,其它四组给予2%的腺嘌呤混悬液按200mg/kg/日剂量灌胃给药,确定慢性肾功能衰竭模型建立。再进行灌胃驼乳,驼乳低剂量组灌予驼乳5ml/kg/日;驼乳高剂量组灌予驼乳10ml/kg/日;尿毒清干预组灌予25%尿毒清溶液10ml/kg/日;正常对照组、病理模型组灌予蒸馏水8ml/kg/日。结果显示:病理模型组肝脏与正常对照组相比肝细胞胞浆较密,细胞器增多。而尿毒清干预组与正常对照组相比肝细胞较空,细胞器较少。驼乳低剂量组和高剂量组肝细胞变化与病理模型组相似。病理模型组胰腺与正常对照组胰腺相比腺泡上皮增生,双核细胞增多,细胞密度增加,胰岛细胞有明显的颗粒变性和水泡变性。尿毒清干预组胰腺与病理模型组胰腺相比腺泡上皮增生较轻。驼乳低剂量组和高剂量组胰腺与病例模型组胰腺相似。Test used serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, urine protein biochemical analysis of variance no significant difference in 50 rats, similar to its average weight into control group, pathological model group, the intervention group Niaoduqiug, low camel milk dose group and high dose 5 camel milk group. And then adminis- tered to experimental camel milk, camel milk low dose group irrigation for camel milk 5ml/kg/day; high - dose group irrigation camel milk to camel milk 10ml./kg/day; Niaoduqing intervention group to 25% of the irrigation solution Niaoduqing 10ml/kg/day; the con- trol group, pathological model group to distilled water irrigation 8ml/kg/day. The results showed: liver pathology model group compared with the control group than the dense cytoplasm of liver cells, organ- elles increased. The Niaoduqing intervention group compared with the control group than the space of liver cells, organelles less. Cam- el milk low dose group and high dose group and the pathological., changes of liver cells were similar model. Pancreatic pathology model group compared with the control group, pancreatic aeinar cell hyperplasia, increased dual -core cells, cell density increased signifi- cantly in the granular islet cell degeneration and vacuolar degeneration. Pancreas Niaoduqing intervention group compared with the pathological model group, acinar epithelial hyperplasia of the pancreas less. Camel milk low dose group and high dose group, pancreas and pancreas cases similar to the model group.
