摘 要:本文将参数化技术和产品族表技术应用于曲柄摇杆机构急回运动的图解设计法中,提出了一种按急回运动要求设计曲柄摇杆机构的参数化图解法。将最小传动角与急回运动设计图解相结合,建立了用参数化图解法进行曲柄摇杆机构急回运动设计的几何模型。通过约束的施加、变量的定义和实例化赋值,自动获得了在不同设计参数驱动下,曲柄摇杆机构的设计方案简图。最后通过多组数据的对比分析,阐述了影响机构最小传动角变化的相关因素以及机构在何时将获得最佳传力性能。In this article, parametric technology and product family table were used in graphic designing method for quick - return motion of crank - rocker mechanism, and a parametric - graphic method was promoted in the design of crank - rocker mechanism requi- ting a quick - return motion. With the combination of the minimum transmission angle and the quick - return motion design graphic, the geometric model for the parametric - graphic design of crank - rocker mechanism with the requirement of quick - return motion was bulit. By imposing constraints, defining variables and assigning values to instances, the design diagrams of the crank - rocker mecha- nism, which were driven by different design parameters, were gotten automatically. Finally, with the comparative analysis of multiple sets of data, the factors which would impact the change of the minimum transmission angle and where the optimal force transmission performance would be gotten were elaborated.
