摘　　要：目的：建立明珠口服液中大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）,色谱柱为Agilent XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（70∶30）,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长288 nm。结果 ：大黄酚在0.106 3~0.637 8μg呈良好的线性关系（r=1.000 0）;平均加样回收率为98.87%（RSD为1.3%,n=6）。结论：本法重复性好,灵敏度高、定量准确,可作为明珠口服液质量控制方法之一。Objective： To establish a method for determining chrysophanol in bright pearl oral liquid . Methods：Agilent XDB-C18 （ 4 . 6 mm ×150 mm , 5 μm ） column was used with acetonitrile-0 . 1% phosphoric acid solution （ 70∶30 ） as mobile phase . The flow rate was 1 . 0 mL/min and column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The detection wavelength was set at 288 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.106 3 ~ 0.637 8 μg for chrysophanol. The average recovery was 98.87% （RSD was 1.3%,n = 6）. Conclusion：The method is reproducible, sensitive and accurate for the determination of chrysophanol in bright pearl oral liquid .
