“快易网球”教学模式在上海市中小学网球课中开展的实验研究

摘　　要：采用单因素准实验设计,对"快易网球"和传统网球教学模式在上海市中小学网球课中开展的效果进行研究。经过18周的教学实验,对参与实验的100位学生的体育总分和专项网球成绩、身体素质、运动参与兴趣、学习效果等指标的教学检验,结果表明:"快易网球"教学模式有助于增强学生的学习兴趣和提高课堂气氛,更有利于网球技能的掌握;师资、场地和设备的缺乏,以及教师的教学水平不足是制约"快易网球"在上海市中小学开展的主要因素。By means of single factor quasi-experimental design, a research on effects of both Simple ＆ Fast Tennis and traditional tennis teaching method is conducted. The result shows that ：simple ＆ fast tennis teaching method contributes both to stimulate student＇ s interest and to activate class atmosphere, helping students to acquire tennis skills more effectively. Also both the deficiency of teachers, tennis courts as well as sports equipment and the incapability of teachers are key factors that restrict development of simple ＆ fast tennis teaching method in Shanghai primary and secondary schools.
