摘 要:小麦籽粒品质除品种特性的基本差异外,随施肥量的增加,多数品质项目指标提高,然而清蛋白、谷蛋白、淀粉含量却有降低趋势,蛋白质产量、直链淀粉含量还受施氮肥期的影响,湿面筋含量、面筋持水率、面条煮熟增重率等,在一定程度上受播期的影响,随播期推迟而增加,小麦籽粒多项品质指标间存在一定相关关系。Apart from the basic differences in wheat variety traits,most of the wh-eat grain quality indices are improved with an increase of fertilizer applica-tion.But the glutamic acid and staarch contenst have the tendency to lower.Theproduction of protein and starch contents with straight chains are further affec-ted by the time of fertilizer application.wet g,uten contents and its water conservation ability and weight increase of noodles in the process of cookingare more or less influenced by the sowing time with delay of sowing;Also,there are some mutual correlative relationships among different indices of wh-eat grain quality.
