摘　　要：目的:观察根管钉联合光固化复合树脂直接修复后牙大面积牙体缺损的临床效果。方法:使用根管钉联合光固化复合树脂直接修复后牙大面积牙体缺损的2年患者59例,观察临床效果。结果:59例患者中,成功57例,失败2例,成功率96.6%。结论:根管钉联合光固化复合树脂直接修复后牙大面积牙体缺损效果较好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of restoring posterior teeth with large defects with prefabricated screw post and composite resin.Methods：59 posterior teeth with large defects were collected and restored with prefabricated screw post and composite resin.All of them were re-checked 2 years later.Results：In the 59 teeth 57 reached success and the other 2 failed.The success rate was 96.6%.Conelusions：Restoring posterior teeth with large defeets with prefabricated screw post and eomposite resin can be effective.
