论网络时代大学生社会适应能力的提升

摘　　要：网络为大学生的学习、生活带来便利的同时,也弱化了他们的社会适应能力。网络对大学生社会适应能力的弱化主要表现在:人际适应能力减弱,语言表达能力下降,自主学习能力削弱,应对挫折能力降低。社会适应能力是大学生成才的内在需要,网络时代提升大学生的社会适应能力应多管齐下,突出重点,具有针对性。要引导大学生正确使用网络,培养大学生自我管理的能力,丰富大学生校园文化生活,加强大学生心理健康教育,搭建大学生社会实践平台。Network brings convenience for college students＇ study and life, also, it weakens their abilities of social adap- tation. The article briefly analyzes the weakening Performance of network for abilities of social adaptation, language expres- sion, autonomous learning and dealing with setbacks and so on. Based on this, the author introduces the measures to promote college students＇ abilities, Guiding students correctly to use the network, Cultivation of college students＂ self management abili- ty, richening campus culture life of college students, Strengthening the psychological health education of college students, Building college students＂ social practice platform.
