TNS4和Stat3蛋白表达与大肠癌侵袭转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨张力蛋白4(TNS4)和信号转导和转录活化因子3(Stat3)在大肠癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学En Visiob法检测90例大肠癌患者的癌组织和其中20例患者的癌旁组织中TNS4和Stat3的表达情况。结果TNS4和Stat3在大肠癌组织中阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁组织(均P<0.05)。TNS4和Stat3的阳性率在不同肿瘤浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移和不同临床分期的大肠癌患者之间均具有统计学差异(均P<0.05),而在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及分化程度的患者之间无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。在大肠癌组织中两者表达呈正相关(r=-0.476,P<0.05)。结论 TNS4和Stat3的表达异常可能共同参与了大肠癌的发生、发展、侵袭和转移;联合检测以上两种蛋白的表达对于评价大肠癌的恶性程度、判断其转移潜能和预后具有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the expression and TNS4 and Stat3 in colorectal carcinoma and its correlation with cancer metastasis. Methods Expression of TNS4 and Stat3 was detected by immunohistochemistry in tissue sections of 90 pa- tients with colorectal carcinoma and 20 samples of pericancerous colorectal mucosa. Results The expression of TNS4 and Stat3 in colorectal carcinoma were higher than that in precancerous mucosa （both P〈0.05）. The abnormal expression of TNS4 and Star3 were correlated with infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and clinical stages （all P〈0.05）, but not correlated with age, sex, tumor size and histological types （all P 〉0.05）. Expression of TNS4 was positively correlated with that of Stat3 in col- orectal carcinoma tissues （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TNS4 and Stat3 may contribute to colorectal carcinoma development, invasion and metastasis. Detection of both TNS4 and Stat3 may be used as indicators for lymph node metastasis and prognosis of pa- tients with colorectal carcinoma.
