镇肝熄风汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察镇肝熄风汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病肝肾阴虚型临床疗效。方法:50例随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例。两组均服美多芭,治疗组加服镇肝熄风汤加减,两组观察周期均为3个月,并在治疗结束后评定疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组UPDRSⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ评分明显低于对照组,临床疗效明显高于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镇肝熄风汤治疗帕金森病肝肾阴虚型可明显提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Zhengan Xifeng Decoction＂ in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease of liver-kidney yin deficiency.Methods： 50 subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 25 cases were treated with Madopar and treatment group in which 25 cases were treated with Madopar and ＂Zhengan Xifeng Decoction＂ .The treatment course lasted for 3 months, and the efficacy was evaluated after the end of treatment.Resuks： After treatment, the UPDRS Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ scores of treatment group were apparently lower than those of the control group, and the former clinical efficacy were apparently higher than the latter one.The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： ＂Zhengan Xifeng Decoction＂ is obviously effective in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease of liver-kidney yin deficiency and worthy of clinical promotion.
