不同白酒对大鼠肝组织及血清透明质酸和Ⅳ型胶原的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨饮用不同白酒对大鼠肝脏及中血清透明质酸和Ⅳ型胶原的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠131只分为对照组、A酒组(高加低剂量组)、B酒组(高加低剂量组),于2、4、6月末各组随机抽取2只大鼠处死,取肝脏观察组织学改变;6月末,用黄曲霉素B1(AFB1)腹腔注射建立体内肝癌短期模型,6周后,处死大鼠,观察大鼠肝脏病理学变化,取血清进行透明质酸(HA)及Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)含量检测。结果:(1)在单纯灌酒后,A酒组发生肝纤维化的比例比B酒组低,AFB1造模后肝纤维化、肝硬化并肝癌的发生率A酒组低于B酒组;(2)与对照组相比,A酒组和B酒组纤维结缔组织增生明显(P<0.05);(3)HA、CⅣ在B酒组中的含量比A酒组中的含量高。结论:2种白酒对肝纤维化、肝硬化模型大鼠的血清及肝组织HA和CⅣ的影响不同,引起的肝损伤程度也不同,B酒可增加HA和CⅣ的水平,相对而言,A酒的作用要轻得多。Objective： To investigate the influence of different liquor on rat liver. Methods： Different doses of A and B liquor were given to 131 male SD rats by lavage. Two rats were randomly selected from each group, and sacrificed at the end of 2, 4, and 6 months afterwards respectively. Histological changes in rat livers were observed. After 6 months, some of the experimental rats were injected aflatoxin B1 into abdomen to make short-term model of liver cancer. The model was established in 6 weeks, and rat livers histopathological changes were observed. Serum hyaluronic acid （HA） and collagen type IV （C IV ） contents were detected. Results： （1）In simple lavage experiment, hepatic fibrosis rate in group A was lower than that in group B ; After molding with aflatoxin B1, the hepatic fibrosis rate, and rate of hepato- cirrhosis accompanied with hepatocellular carcinoma in group A were lower than those in group B; （2） Compared with normal control group, fiber hyperplasia occurred obviously in group A and group B （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; （3） Contents of HA and C XV were higher in group B than in group A. Conclusions： The levels of HA and C1V in serum and liver are different in rat fibrosis model treated by AFB1 with liquor A and B respectively, of which liquor B is more serious.
