尼莫地平缓释片治疗老年性脑梗死过程中患者血压和心电图的变化分析

摘　　要：目的观察尼莫地平缓释片治疗老年性脑梗死过程中患者血压和心电图的变化。方法选择我院2010年5月～2013年5月收治的100例脑梗死的老年患者为实验对象，给予尼莫地平缓释片治疗，分别于治疗前和开始治疗后第1、第2疗程时观察患者的血压心、心率和s—T段。结果与给药前相比，尼莫地平缓释片治疗后第1、第2疗程患者的收缩压均无显著变化（P〉0．05）；均能降低老年脑梗死患者的舒张压（P〈0．05／0．01），在给药后第2疗程，患者的平均动脉压有加大的趋势（P〈0．05）。与给药前相比，应用尼莫地平缓释片1个疗程后，患者的心率和s—T段均有所减低（P〈0．05）；治疗第二疗程后，患者的心率与治疗前没有明显差异，但s—T段降低差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论应用尼莫地平缓释片治疗老年性脑梗死的过程中，尼莫地平缓释片可以通过降低血压和心率、改善心肌缺血等。Objective To observe the changes of blood pressure and ECG during the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction by nimodipine sustained-release tablets. Methods One hundred elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 were selected as the experimental subjects and treated with nimodipine sustained-release tablets. The blood pressure, heart rate and ST segment of patients were observed before treatment, after the first and second course of treatment respectively. Results Compared with before treatment, the systolic blood pressure of patients did not change significantly after the first and second course of treatment（P 〉 0.05）; But the diastolic blood pressure reduced obviously（P 〈 0.05/0.01）, the mean arterial pressure of patients had a growing trend after the second course of treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the heart rate and ST segment of patients decreased after the first course of nimodipine sustained-release tablets treatment（P ~ 0.05）; There was no significant difference in the heart rate of patients between before treatment and after the second course of treatment, but the difference was significant in the ST segment depression（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Nimodipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction can lower blood pressure and heart rate to improve ischemia myocardial.
