B型脑钠肽、同型半胱氨酸水平及踝臂指数在老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者中的变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨B型脑钠肽（BNP）、同型半胱氨酸（Hey）水平和踝臂指数（ABI）在老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者中的变化及其关系，为更好的临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2010年9月。2012年12月我院收治的108例老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者，对其Hey、BNP水平和ABI进行测定，并根据其Hey水平将患者分为Hcy正常组和Hey增高组。观察分析两组患者的BNP、ABI、各项生化指标、动脉硬化指标的差异。结果108例患者中有82例患者的Hey水平升高，26例患者的水平Hey水平正常。与Hey正常组相比，Hey增高组患者的BNP显著升高（P〈0．05），ABI显著减低（P〈0．05）；两组患者的其他各项生化指标和动脉硬化指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论大多数老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者的Hey、BNP、ABI水平会有显著变化，且三者有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the changes and relationships of B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP）, homocysteine（Hcy）levels and ankle-brachial index （ABI） in elderly patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy, to provide better reference for clinical. Methods 108 elderly patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy in our hospital from September 2010 - December 2012 were selected, patients＇Hcy, BNP levels and ABI were measured, the patients were divided into Hcy normal group and Hey elevated group according to the Hcy levels. Observed and analyzed the differences of BNP, ABI, biochemical indicators,arteriosclerosis index between the two groups. Results 82 cases＇Hcy levels were elevated,26 cases＇Hey levels were normal. Compared with Hcy normal group,BNP in the elevated group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）, ABI was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）; other biochemical and atherosclerosis of the two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Hcy, BNP, ABI levels of majority elderly patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy vary significantly,and the three index have a certain relevance.
