大城市公共交通近期改善策略与措施研究--以镇江市为例

摘　　要：随着经济的发展和城市空间拓展,城市交通问题日益严重,优先发展城市公共交通,构建便捷、畅达、高效、绿色和完善的公共交通系统是缓解城市交通拥堵的有效措施,也是实现城市现代化发展的重要支撑。本文首先分析了当前我国大城市公交发展的困境和近期公交改善的目标和原则,然后以镇江市为例,对镇江市近期公交需求发展态势和需求进行了分析预测,分别从健全体系、提高服务、完善设施以及保障政策等方面提出了镇江市公共交通整体提升的策略与措施。With the development of economy and urban space extension, the urban traffic problem becomes more and more serious. Effective measures are needed to alleviate the urban traffic congestion with priority to the development of urban public transport and the construction of the convenient and smooth, efficient, green and perfect public transport system. It is also an important support for realizing the modernization of cities. This paper firstly analyzed the current difficult situation of public transport development and the target and principle of recent transit improvement in China, then analyzed the development situation and demand of public transport. Finally, the improvement strategy and measures are put forward for the public transport of Zhenjiang City.
