摘  要:目的筛选与分析LNCap细胞和PC-3细胞肿瘤转移相关的差异表达基因。方法通过肿瘤转移基因芯片分析前列腺癌雄激素依赖型(ADPC)LNCap细胞以及前列腺癌雄激素非依赖型(AIPC)PC-3细胞84个肿瘤转移相关基因的表达差异。结果两个细胞株中表达差异显著基因共56个,在LNCap细胞中有41个基因下调,15个基因上调表达。结论LNCap细胞和PC-3细胞肿瘤转移相关的差异表达基因有助于研究AIPC的形成以及前列腺癌的侵袭转移机制。Objective To screening and analyze the differentially expressed tumor-metastasis related genes in LNCap cells and PC-3 cells. Methods The tumor-metastasis related gene chips were used to analyze differentially expressed 84 tumor metastasis-related genes in androgen-dependent (ADPC) LNCap cells and androgen-independent (AIPC) PC-3 cells. Results There were totally 56 differentially expressed genes expressed in the two cell lines, among which 41 were downregulated and 15 were upregulated significantly in LNCap cells. Conclusion Analysis of the differentially expressed tumor-metastasis related genes in LNCap and PC-3 cells provided could contributeion to the study of the mechanism of AIPC formation, and also the study understanding of prostate cancer inavasion and metastasis.
