单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性期脑出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性期脑出血的临床疗效,总结其临床用药经验。方法:选取我院2010年7月至2012年7月急性期脑出血的患者86例,按照数字表随机抽取法分成2组,对照组43例使用常规治疗,观察组43例在常规治疗基础上,加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗,观察对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为93.0%(40/43)对照组治疗后总有效率为76.8%(33/43),两组治疗效果对比差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性期脑出血的临床疗效显著,优于常规治疗,可有效保护神经功能不受损。Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium in the treatment of acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage, to summarize the clinical experience. Methods： 86 cases of patients in our hospital from 2010 July to 2012 July in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage, in accordance with the randomly extraction, were divided into 2 groups, 43 cases in the control group used routine treatment, the observation group 43 cases on the basis of conventional therapy, plus the use of monosialotetmhexosyl ganglioside sodium treatment, observation and comparison clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results： The observation group after treatment, the total effective rate was 93% （40/43） in control group after treatment, the total effective rate was 76.8% （33/43）, compared the differences between the therapeutic effect of two groups was significantly （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage, which is su- perior to conventional therapy, can effectively protect the nerve function damage.
