摘　　要：临床科研经费管理是医院科研管理的核心内容之一,它贯穿项目管理的全过程。作者从传统临床科研经费管理模式的优缺点,难点及临床科研经费管理的模式转变等方面,对以往所参加多项课题经费的管理进行总结,认为临床课题经费管理水平的高低是科研经费在财务检查、审计、验收过程中能否通过的关键,也是科研工作正常进行,取得预期效果的有力保障。As one of the core of management on hospital scientific research, management on clinical research funds will run through the whole process of project management. Management on funds of scientific research project was summarized from as- pects of the advantages, disadvantages and difficulties of traditional mode of clinical research fund management, and transformation of traditional management mode. Based on which, it can be concluded that management on clinical research funds is the key factor of financial inspection, auditing and project receiving, and the guarantee of operation and achievement of scientific research.
