影响农村订单定向医学生服务基层因素研究及对策分析

摘　　要：农村订单定向医学生到基层就业有利于提高基层医疗卫生服务水平,有利于农村订单定向医学生自身成长。农村订单定向医学生思想上难以完全接受,综合素质有待于进一步提高,再加上基层客观条件制约以及培养体系不够完善等因素,在一定程度上影响了他们扎根基层、服务社会。学校应该建立机制,形成全员育人氛围;加强教学改革,使教学工作针对基层;教育与引导并重,思想政教育着眼基层;注重能力培养,综合素质提升服务基层;完善机制,确保落实,加强约束,为农村订单定向医学生服务基层提供保障。Rural-oriented Medical Students＇ employment in grass roots is in favor of the advance in medical service of grass roots and the students＇ self＇development. Unacceptance inward,insufficiency of all-around making, external conditionality of grass roots and deficiency of educational system all contribute to the ingredients that affect the students＇ grass roots service. Mechanism should be made to develop personnel-involved educational atmosphere, teaching innovation should be enhanced aiming at grass roots, and cultivation of capability should be stressed, etc. All these will ensure grass roots service of rural＇oriented medical students.
