摘 要:目的:了解高校教师职业韧性的现状,分析其人口学特征,探索提升高校教师职业韧性的策略与方法,以提高大学综合管理水平。方法:使用基本情况问卷和职业韧性量表进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0统计分析软件对数据进行处理分析,主要包括独立样本t检验和方差分析。结果:高校教师职业韧性各分量表及总问卷得分在4.00~5.04之间,不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、收入水平的教师职业韧性均存在差异(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:高校教师职业韧性状况较好,处于中等偏上的水平,男教师要优于女性教师,学历、职称、收入水平较高的教师要优于相对较低的教师。随着知识经济时代的到来,高校面临着前所未有的压力,需要全社会倾注更多的关注以提高高校教师职业韧性水平。Objective In order to understand the current situation of university teachers' career resilience, analyze demograph- ic characteristics of university teachers' career resilience, explore the strategies and methods to improve the college teachers' ca- reer resilience , and improve the level of integrated management of university. Methods This study adopted serf-designed basic sit- uation questionnaire and career resilience Scale to conduct questionnaire survey and used SPSS17.0 for data analysis. The main statistical methods include the independent-sample t test and variance analysis. Results The subscales and total questionnaire scores of career resilience is between 4.00 and 5.04. Teachers' career resilience of different gender, age, education level, profes- sional title,and income level exist differences . Conclusion The career resilience situation of the university teachers is better and in the average level. Male teachers' career resilience is higher than female teachers', and the career resilience with the education level, professional title and income level higher is relatively better. With the advent of knowledge economy, universities are faced with unprecedented pressure and it requires the whole society to devote more attention to raise the level of teachers' career resilience.
