摘 要:针对某配置扭力梁悬架的新车型开发中所需解决的整车转向特性和扭力梁强度设计问题进行了优化研究。通过扭力梁刚度仿真结果和悬架K&C试验结果对比,验证了仿真模型的准确性。运用正交试验设计,得出了扭力梁设计参数对悬架K&C性能的贡献率。应用多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ实现了该车转向特性和扭力梁强度特性的多目标优化。To solve the poor steering and strength characteristics of a newly developed model equipped with twist- beam suspension, we carried out optimization research. The contrast between twist-beam stiffness simulation result and suspension kinematics and compliance(KC) test verified correctness of this simulation model. The contribution rates of twist-beam suspension parameters to suspension KC performance are obtained by means of orthogonal experiment design. The multi-objective optimization of the vehicle, including steering and strength characteristic have been realized by NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm.
