摘 要:针对包头市某热电厂供热软化水水质研究了异抗坏血酸钠在不同投加量、pH、温度等条件下的除氧性能,试验结果表明:异抗坏血酸钠的除氧效果优良,在一定范围内除氧率随着投药量、pH、温度的增加而增高。采用失重法研究了异抗坏血酸钠及其复配物在软化水中对碳钢的缓蚀性能,由正交试验得出复合缓蚀剂最佳配比:150mg/L异抗坏血酸钠+50 mg/L六偏磷酸钠+25 mg/L D-葡萄糖酸钠+2 mg/L Zn2+,在此条件下碳钢的腐蚀率仅为0.027 5mm/a。Aiming at the quality of heating softened water of a thermal power plant in Baotou City, the deoxidization capacity of sodium erythorbate with different dosages,pH,temperature,and other conditions has been studied. The results show that sodium erythorbate has excellent deoxidization efficacy, and,in a certain range,its deoxidization rate increases with the increase of its dosage, pH and temperature. The corrosion inhibiting capacity of sodium erythorbate and its composites in softened water for carbon steel by weight loss method are studied. By way of orthogonal tests, the optimal ratio of composite corrosion inhibitors can be obtained, i.e. 150 mg/L of sodium erythorbate+50 mg/L of sodium hexametaphosphate+25 mg/L of D-sodium gluconate+2 mg/L of Zn^2+. Under these conditions,the corrosion rate of carbon steel is only 0.027 5 mm/a.
