摘　　要：绩效管理一直是企业极为关注的课题,也是企业想做好的工作。对于供电局层面的绩效管理更加是电网企业关注的领域。本文通过阐述对指标的认识、供电局指标体系的构成,以及供电局绩效管理的具体做法,目的是想为供电局层面的绩效管理研究提供些借鉴意义。Performance management is a topic that be paid more attention by enterprises, also is the work that enterprises want to do well. Performance management from the level of power supply bureau is a concern area for power grid enterprises. This paper describes the awareness of indicators, the indicator system constitution of power supply bureau and the specific practices for the performance management of power supply bureau, provides some reference for the study of the performance management from the level of power supply bureau.
