摘  要:高校毕业生就业见习制度的实施,具有许多积极的意义。作为见习单位,医院安排医学院校离校未就业毕业生参加见习活动不只是完成了政府交给的任务,同时也丰富了医院人力资源管理的内容。认真分析,深入研究高校毕业生就业见习制度对医院人力资源管理的影响,解决毕业生就业见习过程中的各种难题,对促进高校毕业生就业见习制度的完善,促进医院人力资源管理的发展,帮助高校毕业生顺利就业有重要的现实意义。The implementation for employment internship system of college and university graduates has many positive meanings. As internship unit, hospital arranges the interns that unemployed medical college graduates to take part internship activities not only for fulfilling tasks assigned by the government but also for enriching the contents of their human resources. Carefully analyzing and cognitively explorating the employment internship system influences of hospital human resource, solving all sorts of problems in the process of employment internship have practical meaning for improving the employment internship system of college and university graduates, increasing the development of hospital human resource management and helping the successful employment of college and university graduates.
