摘　　要：本文探讨了如何建立一个功能完善,具有视频互动、web信息录入、联合审批,并可进行智能筛选的网络招聘系统,从而解决现今网络招聘难以了解对方的真实状态,缺乏方便快捷的信息处理方式,招聘监管存在漏洞及缺乏智能性的决策支持这四大问题,并提出一个完善的网上招聘系统设计方案。This paper discusses how to build a multi-function, visual, web information recording and associated examination and approval recruitment system. In order to deal with the difficulty of less mutual understanding, low information processing manner, recruitment weakness and less intelligence, it proposed a plan of a perfect web recruitment system.
