摘  要:用60Coγ射线(350 Gy)辐照籼型三系恢复系"浙恢7954"干种子,经诱变后代筛选,获得了1份遗传性状稳定表达的长粒突变体"浙恢7954-LG2"。经考察,"浙恢7954-LG2"除谷粒细长外,还降低了垩白率和垩白度,且生育期略有延迟,而其它主要形态、农艺性状和稻米品质性状均与"浙恢7954"相似。"浙恢7954-LG2"的长粒突变性状由显性单基因控制。配组试验表明,"浙恢"7954-LG2"仍保留了"浙恢7954"的优良特点,但明显改良了"浙恢7954"系列籼型杂交稻稻米外观品质性状。Long -grain mutant "Zhenhui 7954 - LG2" which had stable genetic characteristics, was screened and ob- tained by irradiating the Indica restorer line "Zhehui 7954" dry seeds with ^60Co -γ, ray. Compared to "Zhehui 7954", "Zhehui 7954 - LG2" had longer grain, lower chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree and longer growth period, while their others main morphological, agronomic and quality charaters were similar. Genetic analysis indicated that the long grain trait was controlled by a dominant single gene. Hybridization experiment revealed that the appearance quality of Indiea hy- brid rice from "Zhehui 7954 - LG2" was improved significantly, and the excellent combining ability was remained.
