血清尿酸水平与帕金森病运动障碍的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清尿酸水平与帕金森病运动障碍的关系。方法选择帕金森病患者98例(帕金森病组)及门诊健康体检患者52例(正常对照组),空腹抽取静脉血3 mL测定两组血清尿酸、肌酐水平。结果帕金森病组血清尿酸水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),两组血清肌酐水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病运动障碍与患者血清尿酸水平表现为反向相关。Objective In order to investigate the relationship between serum uric acid lebels with Parkinson＇s disease motor dysfunction. Methods Serum uric acid level was measured from 98 Parkinson＇s disease patients and 52 healthy controls. Results The level of serum uric acid of parkinson＇s disease were significantly lower than that＇s of controls （P〈0.05）. No significant difference of serum creatinine level between parkinson＇s disease patients and controls （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion We found an inverse association between the risk of Parkinson＇s disease motor dysfunction with serum uric acid lebels.
