脑膜瘤囊性变的MR诊断(附6例报告)

摘　　要：目的加强对脑膜瘤囊性变的认识,提高诊断的准确性。方法对6例脑膜瘤囊性变病灶的MR表现进行分析。结果发生于大脑凸面及上矢状窦、大脑镰旁5例,小脑凸面1例;MR特征:T1及T2序列病灶的实性部分及囊壁均呈等或略低信号。DWI序列5例表现为高信号,1例表现为中等高信号。增强扫描表6例均有中等以上强化。病灶的囊性部分,T1序列均表现为低信号或略低信号,T2序列表现为高信号4例,高低混合信号2例。结论囊性变的脑膜瘤MR表现仍具有脑膜瘤特征性。Objective To enhance the understanding of cystic meningioma, improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods MR findings of 6 cases of cystic lesions of meningioma were analyzed. Results 5 cases occurred in the cerebral convexity of superior sagittal sinus and falx, 1 case occurred in cerebellar convexity; MR feature： the solid part and cystic wall of T1 and T2 sequence lesions were isointense or slightly low signal. DWI sequence in 5 cases showed high signal, 1 case showed moderate to high signal. Enhanced scanning table 6 cases had moderate enhancement. Cystic part lesions, T t sequence showed low signal or slightly low signal on T 2, high signal sequence was found in 4 cases, 2 cases of mixed signal. Conclusion The MR findings of cystic meningioma has characteristic of meningioma.
