摘　　要：阐述了中国重型机械研究院为宝钢研制的新型十辊棒材矫直机的主要结构特点:设备采用了准双曲线和深浅凹型曲线相结合的复合辊系、可变恒压动态矫直技术、采用嵌入式预应力机架,保证了设备整体刚性和棒材的矫直精度。经过长期使用,用户反映使用情况良好。This paper introduced the development of Baosteel bar straightener,sketched the machinery of a new fashioned ten-roll bar straightener designed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,the equipment has multiplex roll figure with quasi-hyperbola and concave,variable constant hydraulic dynamic straightening technology. A nested and beforehand-stress frame to insure equipment rigidity. The lasting on-line service showed that this equipment had a good appraise.
