摘 要:目的调查军队医院ICU护士主观幸福感水平,并分析其与工作压力源、家庭功能的相关性。方法采用总体幸福感量表、中国护士压力源量表及家庭关怀度指数问卷,对北京市某所军队三级甲等医院6个ICU的124名护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士主观幸福感与国内女性常模相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);66.94%的ICU护士工作压力程度为重度。ICU护士主观幸福感与工作压力源呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),与家庭功能呈正相关(P<0.01)。护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、家庭功能是ICU护士主观幸福感的主要影响因素。结论 ICU护士主观幸福感受工作压力源及家庭功能的影响。减轻工作压力,改善家庭功能,有助于提高ICU护士主观幸福感。Objective To investigate the relationship among subjective well- being,job stressors and family function of ICU nurses in military hospitals. Methods Totally, 124 nurses of 6 ICU in a 3 A - level military hospital were investigated with General Well - being Scale, Chinese Nurse Job Stressors Question- naire, and Family APGAR Index. Results No difference was found in the score of general subjective well - being between ICU nurses and domestic female norm (P 〉0.05 ). The level of job stress was severe(66.94% ). The subjective well -being was negatively correlation with the stressors of professional development ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) and positively correlation with family function ( P 〈 0.01 ). The nursing profession and work, workload and time distribution, family function were the influencing factors of subjective well - being among ICU nurses. Conclusion The subjective well - being of ICU nurses is affected by job stres- sors and family function. It is suggested to relieve ICU nurses'job stress and strengthen family function to improve their level of subjective well - being.
