摘 要:目的探讨组织授课比赛对提高临床教师授课能力的效果。方法将2007年至2012年参加过授课比赛的40名临床护理教师设为观察组,未参赛的40名临床护理教师设为对照组,通过对护生进行授课,采用专家评分和护生对教师授课满意度调查比较两组教师的授课能力。结果观察组临床护理教师授课专家评分及护生满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论授课比赛对提高临床护理教师授课能力有促进作用,护生对参加过授课比赛的临床护理教师授课的效果更加满意。Objective To explore the effects of teaching competition on improving clinical nursing teachers" teaching abilities. Methods From 2007 to 2012,a total of 40 teachers who participated teaching competition were chosen as the experimental group, the other 40 teachers were recruited as the control group. The teachers" teaching abilities were evaluated by expert grading and questionnaire survey about teaching satisfaction of nursing students. Results The ex- pert grading and students" satisfaction of clinical nursing teachers in the experimental group were better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Teaching competition plays a positive role in promoting teaching abilities of clinical nursing teachers, and increasing students" satisfaction.
