品管圈活动降低风湿免疫科理疗部位数未落实率的作用

摘　　要：目的:降低理疗部位数未落实率,促进理疗护理质量持续改进。方法:开展品管圈活动,分析导致理疗部位数未落实的原因。结果:增强了圈员发现问题、解决问题的能力,增强了护理人员运用品管圈手法、幸福感、责任感、协调能力、自信心、凝聚力、积极性等,使理疗部位数未落实率由改善前的13.55%下降到改善后的4.54%,改善幅度达66.49%,经济利益上升51.12%。结论:通过开展品管圈活动,降低了理疗部位数未落实率,提高了圈员的工作积极性。Objective：To reduce the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number to continuously improve the quality of physiotherapy nursing.Methods：The Quality Control Circle （QCC） activity was carried out to analyze the cause of the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number.Results：It could enhance the members’ ability to find and solve problems,strengthen the nursing staff’s technique of using QCC,senses of well-being and responsibility,coordination ability,self-confidence,cohesiveness and enthusiasm,etc.It could also decrease the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number from 13.55%before improvement to 4.54%after that,the improving rate being 66.49%and the economic benefit up by 51.12%.Conclusion：By QCC activity,the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number reduced and the working enthusiasm of the members was improved.
