银染端粒重复扩增技术检测乳腺癌组织端粒酶活性的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨应用银染端粒重复扩增技术 (TRAP)检测乳腺癌组织端粒酶活性。方法　用银染TRAP法对 36例乳腺癌组织和 2 4例乳腺良性病变组织进行端粒酶活性检测。结果　 36例乳腺癌外科手术切除组织中 ,33例检测到端粒酶活性 (91.7% ) ,而其它良性乳腺病变组织无 1例阳性 ,两组有非常显者性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　端粒酶激活在乳腺癌的发生中起着重要作用 。Objective To detect telomerase activity in breast carcinoma by silver-staining telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP).Methods Telomerase activity was analyzed in 36 breast carcinoma specimens and 24 benign breast lesions by silver-staining TRAP.Results Telomerase activity was detected in 33(91 71%) of 36 breast carcinomas and 0(0%) in benign breast lesions.Conclusion The results suggest that telomerase activation plays an important role during breast carcinoma progression.It may be a useful marker for the diagnosis of breast carcinoma
