多奈哌齐片对阿尔茨海默病患者心血管系统安全性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨多奈哌齐片对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者心血管系统影响。方法:60例确诊AD患者,先后给予多奈哌齐片5 mg/d、10 mg/d,各4周的序贯治疗,分别测定治疗前、治疗4周和治疗8周时患者心电图和血压,并进行统计学分析。结果:60例患者5例中途退出;治疗4周、8周时患者的心率、P-R间期、Q-T间期、QRS波及血压与治疗前比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:多奈派齐对老年患者心血管系统影响较小,相对安全。Objective： To investigate Donepezil Tablets on the cardiovascular system of patients with Alzheimer’s disease （AD）.Method：Sixty diagnosed AD patients were orally given donepezil 5mg/d for 4 weeks and subsequently 10 mg/d for another 4 weeks. Electrocardiography and blood pressure of the enrolled patients were measured before donepezil intaking and after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment and then the data were analyzed statistically.Result： 5 patients with 60 cases dropped out. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks donepezil treatment, the heart rate, PR interval, QT interval, QRS wave and blood pressure of the enrolled AD patient were not statistically different compared to those of prior donepezil treatment （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Donepezil has little adverse effect on cardiovascular system of the elderly patients and is relatively safe to patients.
